My app for rejected I wrote letter to Mr. Jobs, Dear Mr. Jobs, thank you for reading and I'll make this short because I'm sure your very busy. I'm a new developer who has just submitted his first IPHONE APP called OFFICE ASSASSIN, the game features a working average joe who just wants to enjoy his weekend but his evil upper management sends these robotic middle management cronies to load him with TPS reports that will keep him working all weekend. The hero can simply shoot the cronies with office made weapons or if they catch him you must do your work. The game does contains a little blood which there is a blood option if you want to turn it off. There is no nudity of any kind or sexual content. I also took the time to add a disclaimer warning about the violence before game start up which I thought would be a responsible action. The rejection letter I got from your review team reads as such. Follow-up: 99017274

Dear Mr. Gray,

Thank you for submitting Office Assassin and Office Assassin Lite Version to the App Store. We've reviewed Office Assassin and Office Assassin Lite Version and determined that we cannot post these versions of your iPhone applications to the App Store because they contain inappropriate violent content and is in violation of Section 3.3.14 from the iPhone Developer Program License Agreement which states:

"Applications may be rejected if they contain content or materials of any kind (text, graphics, images, photographs, sounds, etc.) that in Apple's reasonable judgement may be found objectionable, for example, materials that may be considered obscene, pornographic, or defamatory."

If you believe that you can make the necessary changes so that Office Assassin and Office Assassin Lite Version and do not violate the iPhone Developer Program License Agreement, we encourage you to do so and resubmit them for review.

Sincerely,

IPhone App Review Team My question is simple what can I change in my game to make it up to the standards you would be happy with? I'm glad to make all such changes but the reply I got from your company is real general. I've spent a lot of money on this project and even if this doesn't sell with your provisions I'd still like the chance to try. I've played many apps including your adult swim app " 5 minutes to kill yourself " which makes my app look like the cupcake app. I love the fact that your company gives the little guy a chance to grow so I'm willing to play ball with the provisions. Thank you so much for reading, Edmund L, Gray

Our "hot or not" like app has been rejected. Is that considered sexual content? If so, why they don't remove "Hor or Not" app from AppStore.
